This photo is just after the sunset in Sarandë, Albania in 2016. Sometimes blackouts occurred in daily life. The ruins were not lighted up, but a mosque was lighted up. There were streetlights to the extent that I could walk after sunset. Meanwhile, the Internet traffic was good, and junior high school students had mobile phones.
