In the photograph, it is showed a building under construction. The materials and methods applied to its construction are not globalised even though they are used around the world because the steel reinforced concrete is one of the best solutions to create a big building. As a consequence, it demonstrates that the buildings which are being building nowadays are following the steps which were developed for a long time ago. On the other hand, at the rooftop the air conditioning machines are gathered with no central system and no covering their views from the ground and so the noice will be provoked. The brick Wall solutions on the facades and the Steel reinforced concrete is a local system to build the building so then it is a good method, however it must be looked for other globalised methods in order to improve the disadvantages that the technics could face. To sum up, if they had created a central system and location for the conditioning machines or even had applied other new processes, the results for a future city would have been better.
