This picture show the downtown of Quebec City taken from the lounge of Fresk Tower in the center of Saint-Roch neiborhood. - The first thing we see is that we don't have a lot of tree. The invisible information we can extract is that the air quality is the poorest in all Quebec City. - The second thing we can extract from this picture is that a the vast majority of the buildings have flat top. So maybe we can develop a program to help the citizen and the buisness to put garden or just greening these top. This will help naturally filter the air and maybe reduce the hot temperature in the summer.
