My top criteria for livability: Safety - Health care - Housing - Infrastructure - Transportation Currently, I am living in Windhoek, Namibia. The only reason that I have been relocated there, is that I have been sent by my work, and not because any other reason. I would rate Windhoek as follows: Safety 80 Health Care 40 Housing 70 Infrastructure 80 Transportation 20 General livability score 58 If I would be the Mayor of Windhoek, I would improve the health system in all aspects whether infrastructure or human capacity building, also introducing extensive public transportation and provision for walkability around the city. In case I change place of residence, I would choose Porto - Bern – Luxembourg for the following reasons: safety and stability - low human density – environment – public transportation - climate
