1.Education, Safety, Job opportunity, Infrastructure and Environment 2. Community, culture, job opportunities, safety, environment, recreational possibilities. I live in San Antonio, Texas because of its passion for its culture and heritage that creates a bond and connection to the community. It creates a friendly, engagement and hospitable environment when a community has loyalty and is proud of their culture. Even though San Antonio is consider big city is connection to its roots and community creates a feeling of a small town. 3. I would grade San Antonio with a 75 % its unplanned sprawl created for a car dependent city 4. First create a development boundary that would constrain the growth, work infilling and creating an efficient public transportation system, but most importantly focus on education the community and creating a more civically engaged city. 5. I would move to Portland for their active transportation and public transportation efficiency, Denver for they accessibility to recreation possibilities, and Singapore for their dedication to create smart sustainable and efficient communities.
