Very dry. Not windy. No rain. Infrastructure: traffic can get bad during rush hours, but it is more of the problem of the entire Los Angeles area, not Irvine’s fault. Irvine has excellent road system. Pollution: none Average income: very high Well connected: has its own domestic airport, and major airport LAX is an hour away Improvements: Weather: cannot fix it unless we can get more rain in California Infrastructure: build large amounts of public transport throughout the Los Angeles area Connection: LAX is a terrible airport, so they should fix the airport or use another airport as hub
