Paris, France Lyon, France Jeju, South Korea San Francisco, USA Vienna, Austria 5 characteristics: Weather (not too hot, not too wet, not too windy, cannot rain everyday) Infrastructure (traffic cannot be too bad, public transport is better) Pollution level (cannot be around industrial zones) Average income (higher the better) Well connected (major airport) My city: Irvine, CA Weather: gets pretty hot in the summer, but very comfortable weather in winter. Very dry. Not windy. No rain. Infrastructure: traffic can get bad during rush hours, but it is more of the problem of the entire Los Angeles area, not Irvine’s fault. Irvine has excellent road system. Pollution: none Average income: very high Well connected: has its own domestic airport, and major airport LAX is an hour away Improvements: Weather: cannot fix it unless we can get more rain in California Infrastructure: build large amounts of public transport throughout the Los Angeles area Connection: LAX is a terrible airport, so they should fix the airport or use another airport as hub
