What is visible? 1- Low density; almost no human and car in the photo 2- Low density; lot of space between every building and wideness of the streets 3- High presence of green space, presence of forest in the horizon 4- Some abandoned building and empty advertisement panel 5- No high rise building What is Invisible? 1- The density in the north of Quebec is 0,06 inhabitant. 2- Since there is no lack of space, there is no concern to make good and practical use of the territory 3- The cities are plan around the usage of car 4- When the mill close, the city lost half of its population Those informations can be used by local authorities for planning and built cities in the north that will be more centred around the well-being of it inhabitant and encouraging healthy habit of life of the citizens. Since in the north there is planty of space available, I think we need to see the bigger frame and consider the need to preserve our virgin land. Consider how many spaces we need to live and plan it and use it with moderation. Because once we use land, it’s difficult to restaure it.
