1)Top-5 Livability criteria: 1.Safety 2.Political Stability 3.Environment 4.Culture 5.Job Opportunities 2)The five reasons why I live on Montserrat are: 1.It is considered to be one of the safest islands in the Caribbean. 2.The environment is very clean and there is much greenery and vegetation around. 3.Montserrat is very politically stable and it has never experienced any form of political violence. 4.The Island has a rich cultural background. 5.Tropical climate with hardly any prolonged periods of drought. 3) Rating my residence base on my livability criteria Safety: 94 Political Stability: 90 Environment: 87 Culture: 82 Job Opportunities: 77 General livability score: 86 4) My measure to improve livability at my residence is to improve job opportunities for the residence by investing in the tourism sector. This means more hotels should be built. Recently there have being a shortage of places for visitors to stay and a scarcity of jobs for young persons. This would certainly help to alleviate both problems. 5) The three places I would like move to are US Virgin Islands, Kuwait and England. The five qualities that played an important role in my decision process are: 1.Job Opportunities 2.Economy 3.Infrastructure 4.Recreational Possibilities 5.International Connectivity
