My place of residence 90% fulfills my idea of livability. It loses points on the affordability of housing, access to healthcare facilities, and public transportation. 4. If I were the mayor of Malibu my first point of order would be handling the homelessness problem in the city, and providing housing and work opportunities for the sizeable population. 5.
