1. This is a photo taken from a Hong Kong rooftop in Wanchai overlooking the Causeway Bay district. From the photo one can see that there are buildings of different types and one can identify some tall commercial and some residential that are lower. There are also some signs that suggest some commercial activity and shopping in the facade of one building. One can also see the bamboo scafolding that suggest some renovation work in some of the buildings. Above the buildings, the sky is grey and it appears to be a rainy day. 2. There are two invisible information that can be pointed out. First, is that one of the buildings, Time Square, is a shopping mall and office building that constitutes a busy centre of activity for the area and an iconic built structure that serves as meeting point for people including a transportation hub underground. The second invisible aspect is that there is commercial activity that can only be seen by reaching the lobby of the buildings. 3. The various invisible levels of activity can be used to plan commercial distribution within existing city hubs especially when retrofitting existing buildings for new uses.
