It is a low-density residential area with lots of trees. One can notice a quite sparse populated area with mostly ground level houses. The houses themselves are not seen because the trees and fences surrounding the houses. There is almost no public transportation, and no bicycles’ lanes. Most of the people living in the neighborhood do not walk as they use mainly their cars. There are sidewalk but many are not paved. Some invisible information: this is not a pedestrian friendly area (people have to walk in the grass or on gravel). There are almost no bus stops. These invisible information indicate to the city planners that they must investigate whether it is feasible to invest in public transportation, taking into account the low density of the population, the availability of private cars for the residents, and that workers coming for their work at the neighborhood use shared taxis. Mobility data, flow of traffic and interviews are needed to gain the knowledge to decide if there is demand for public transport, and if it would be better to design paved sidewalks instead of extending unnecessary bus routes for an ultimate reason, which is making the city more livable.
