a.Provisioning services:- Freshwater: in Egypt the freshwater source is coming from the river Nile which pass through Egypt. the Crops are heavily dependent on freshwater as almost 60 percent of all the world's freshwater withdrawals go towards irrigation uses. b.Regulating services:- Erosion prevention and maintenance of soil fertility: in Egypt the rural areas is a place of agriculture and animal living area which there usually the farmers use their waste as a soil fertility. Reversing the degradation of soil, water and biological resources are essential components in achieving food and livelihood security. Symptoms of soil degradation are numerous and include decline of soil fertility. c.Habitat or Supporting services:- Habitat for species: in Egypt we have two seas and the river nile Marine and freshwater ecosystems are key habitats for millions of aquatic species (e.g. coral reefs are home to 25% of marine fish species and are a significant food source for over a billion people worldwide) exploited commercially or consumed locally. d.Cultural services:- Recreation and mental and physical health: in Egypt we have an open spaces for Grasslands are great outdoors playing grounds from horse ridding to bicycling.
