1. environment, job opportunities, culture, infrastructure, recreational opportunities 2. First job opportunities as in my profession London has the largest range and best networks and most prestige. Secondly, many of my friends live there so it is easy to socialise. Thirdly, you are never far from green spaces/lots of history reflected in the buildings, museums. Fourth, London has excellent transport links with cheap flights, tube system and increasingly well-connected bike infrastructure. Finally, I enjoy the buzz created from such a cosmopolitan place. 3. Personal livability score:70 relfecting strong job opportunities for highly educated people, good (although aging and expensive) infrastructure and lots of culture. General score a bit lower: ~ 65, because London is expensive and people can't afford houses. 4. I would have a hardline on motorised vehicles to stop the huge number of taxis and cars with few people inside travelling and causing pollution. I would drop the cost of public transport to incentive this mode of transport. 5. 1) Hague 2) Copenhagen 3) Geneva. Job opportunities on par with my London career which is, secondly they all very international. Thirdly, they are all political stable and safe, fourth well connected and finally all encourage an outdoors lifestyle
