Louisville, Hoboken NJ, Vienna, Vancouver, Indianapolis 5 characteristics making a city livable are, entertainment, climate, culture, transportation, food Redbank NJ, has fantastic entertainment, has Count Basie Theater which has shows daily, Two Rivers theater, a great down town shopping area, numerous places to hang out, has waterfront parks and marinas, and a giant parking lot in the center of town so you can walk everywhere. The Climate is only okay. Winters are rough, summers are very hot, but Spring and Fall are amazing. Not too much rain. Culture is fantastic, comedy clubs, video game hangouts, coffee shops, organic produce markets, fashion stores, record stores. You name it, Red Bank has it. Transportation by car is rough, bottle necks are an issue driving during peak hours. Trains are great, but they go right through town which causes long delays at red lights waiting for the trains to leave station. Food is amazing, so many great restaurants. Everything from fine dining to fast tacos.
