1. Las Vegas shows the highest UHI effect. 2. In Sweden in general and Stockholm in particular has little problems with UHI. The studies I've found on this subject shows a moderate UHI effect of 1-2 degrees centigrade. 3. I would suggest to work with the surface material of new and renovated buildings in favor for improved albedo. Increased use of plants in the city center including on rooftoops. 4. I have not found any existing policies regarding UHI
