1. Crude oil makes up the lions-share or 85% of the fossil fuel usage in Sweden. 2. The vast majority ~67% of the oil goes to road-transport, there's also some use of fossil fuels within the Industry segment, mainly Mining and Metal. 3. To decrease the use of fossil fuels in favor for electricity can be done by promoting (using e.g. tax reduction, build-out of EV Charging infrastucture) for electric or hybrid vehicles. Long distance transportation of goods can be done using rail, possibly with roll-on/roll-of type lorries where there's no railway available. The rail network can upgraded to support heavier loads. The financing however needs to be reviewed. MaaS - Mobility as a Service concept should be further analyzed and its impact on intracity transportation and effieciency and energy usage.
