1.There is not an existing Citizen Design Science project in urban design and planning in Bucharest, or I am not aware of. 2.It is hard to start-up a Citizen Design Science project in Bucharest, but not impossible.I suggest it should be online(1),through direct communications ( meetings with citizens)(2) and through direct discussions with municipality representatives. 3.Important guidelines should be: - zone or area planning guidelines for the project. - constraints in terms of livability ( the citizens should indicate what makes them happy). - conditions and constraints for transportation. - conditions and constraints for green areas and lakes(water wildlife habitat). - conditions for pollution and constraints for pollutants.
