As mentioned previously, my city has been inundated with a constant flow of new people for the last two decades. Because of that, the transformers, or electrical grid is constantly under stressful load which affects everyone from the resident to the businesses. The restaurant I spend all my time at has flickering lights and had to invest in backup generators in case of power outtage.
