Note: I did not take this photo as I have only a certain designated time per lesson and I would not be in Red Bank again until next week To support future decisions in an urban space First we can see patterns of travel. Both Car and foot traffic, we can see a man in a suit so that tells us he is at work or coming from work so it tells us what his activity is, possibly stopping for lunch so it tells us the type of activity going on in the area We can use this type of information to support future decisions in urban space. Traffic is stopped, road is cluttered, only one lane, wasnt designed with volume traffic in mind, lane should be wider, more cars than walkers so curbs are too wide, which contributes to traffic being slow and lowering the quality of this urban functionality. Not pictured here is the railroad tracks going dead through the center of town which create massive hour long traffic jams causing people to be late for appointments and time sensitive meetings.
