Making the most of installed infrastructure and operating services, and broad-access to leisure and culture activities present in these areas. 5. Copenhagen. Vancouver and Cape Town. Those are all safe, mid size cities with beautiful surroundings, internationally connected, culturally rich, that have presented in the last decade a clear approach to quality of live and well being in urban scenarios.
