Second photo. As can be seen, there are wide open spaces, both in the city and the surrounding areas. However, the vegetation and other factors in the city counteract the cooling winds etc. so UHI effect should be measurable. However, as explained in the previous submission, no active research seems to be ongoing or in place on that and weatherstations are placed on exposed hills.
