Many of the things I would do are already being done, like the work on improving the transportation infrastructure, building up areas in the inner city to increase population density and changing city streets that have been effectively high speed highways into boulevards with different lanes for buses, bicycles, cars and pedestrians. I would continue the work of decreasing space used for the automobile (currently around 50% of the land in the city) and increase the supply of smaller apartments for lower income residents, like students and first time buyers. 5.
