1. Water - Poole is a seaside town with water flowing through the town into the sea (acting as a Flow), and with multiple lakes (see photo, acting as stocks) used for recreation. Tidal power is not currently used in Poole but could be explored in the future due to the heavily tidal nature of the area 2. Food - Dorset is an agricultural area and produces a wide range of food, generally meat and crops, which act as a flow when sent out of Dorset for processing. A large amount of food is also imported into the larger areas of Dorset to feed the population 3. People & Information - Poole and Bournemouth are home to multiple large businesses (LV, the RNLI, Barclays, JP Morgan Chase). These businesses create and process information (acting as a flow) and then send it offsite to storage in servers (acting as a stock), and their employees act as a flow daily when commuting in and out of Poole / Bournemouth These could benefit the area through an increase in tourism from water for recreation (beaches) and through business investment, though this could also lead to overcrowding around the already full business areas
