The need for proper infrastructure in cities like Johannesburg should be extended to areas which needs them such as townships were the poor infrastructure put the population at risk with sharks. Sharks are houses build with roof sheet and timber only. In winter it freezing inside this houses that people have to light fire wood to keep themselves warm but unfortunately some of these sharks catches fire and people dies trap in fire inside their houses.
