The top most livable cities according me are 1. helsinki, finland 2. Vienna, Austria 3. tokyo, japan 4. havana, Cuba 5. Zurich, Switzerland Crieteria: Safety & Security Good Infrastructure & transportation systems Healthcare Citizen centricity of Governance cultural sustainability My city of Bengaluru ranks as below according these criteria 1. Safety & Security: Compared to other cities of the country, it is relatively safe though it is growing unsafe due to huge traffic as well as westernisation which results in increase in crime. 2. Good Infrastructure & transportation systems: Infrastructure is good but completely unplanned hence not suitable. Only if urban planners can visualise the future of the city and plan the infrastructure accordingly, it can be good. Traffic jams take away most time of citizens 3. Healthcare: not funded by state. Bad pollution levels and too many industries coming up polluting water resources 4. Citizen centricity of Governance: this is the last thing that the government will think. they are busy with politics only and could not care less about people (except looting our money) 5. cultural sustainability: people dont even recognise our culture anymore. All that anyone cares about is to become more westernised & go to US
