Most liveable cities: Amsterdam, Melbourne, Zurich, Berlin, Vancouver. good public transport, cycling and pedstrians, green spaces, few factories, technology. Although London is a big and developed city, it is also very busy and noisy which may reduce its liveability. London has very good public transport, which can reduce the need for cars (therefore reducing emissions), however there are still many cars being used. Since London is such a big city it may be impractical to eliminate car use; however, cycling schemes have been encouraged in some parts of London. Green spaces are more common on the suburban areas rather than Central London, so central areas may have a lower liveability due to the built environment and heavy emissions. Factories are not very common in London. London has good access to technology which can be used to improve resilience. (image not taken by me)
