Five most liveable cities(in India) that I know are(according to me) : 1. Hyderabad, Telangana 2. Pune, Maharashtra 3. Bengaluru, Karnataka 4. New Delhi 5. Patna, Bihar Five characteristics that are important to make a city liveable are : 1. Transportation facilities are well connected and easily available 2. Drinking Water problems are not there 3. Easy availability of food and groceries 4. Energy(electricity, gas etc.) is well laid an connected even to remote areas of city 5. Greenery is there for a natural surrounding not a concrete jungle. My city Bengaluru is almost as liveable as I described just a bit less greenery. The city has become a concrete jungle covering all major areas of the cities with big building and less trees surrounding them which was not the case few years ago. The city was green and beautiful, it is beautiful now too but not in a natural way. It can be improved by restricting the cutting of trees and construction of tall structures in area where there is greenery available. The image attached here is an aerial image of Patna, Bihar, India, the city which I believe is the 5th most liveable city in India.
