Livability Criteria 1-Economy 2-Culture 3-Safety 4-Recreational Activity 5-Environment Tirana is thqe city i am resident of and in terms of the country of Albania as a whole it fulfills the most the criteria for a livable city.However compared to other European cities, there is plenty of work to do in all areas. My score on each criteria Economy-70 Culture-65 Safety-70 Recreational Activity-75 Environment - 50 Three cities that i would consider to move into are : Paris,Milan,Vienna The reasons are all the same as the 5 first criteria for a livable city that i have listed above.
