A pretty apparent problem that exists in the city i live is with Auto rickshaws. A share-auto system exists her which is fair enough. However the problem arises when there is no fixed price for a certain distance. if there are more passengers in the auto, then the price is fair and reasonable. But however for the same distance if you happen to be the only passenger, the prices just shoot up. This happens even during different times of the day, such as around 6 in the morning or late at night. Being a small city, big services like uber dont operate here. The government could come up with an app where the prices are fixed per kilometer and all the rikshaws are required to register themselves in the app in order to offer services in the locality. This way, a lot of unfair pricing can be controlled and people will also tend to use rickshaws more to navigate about the city.
