The picture shows the town of Visoko in the central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Rivers Bosna and Fojnica flow through the city, whose mouth is visible in the picture. On the left is the old part of the city, with a small height and small densities. On the right there is a relatively non-built part of the city. Where is the complex of a leather factory with a chimney as a vertical accent. And there is also a visible rectangular building (yellow-brown container). In which is the cultural center. The leather factory ceased its work (in the transition period from the socialist to the capitalist system during 1990-2000).The factory is scheduled for demolition...The Cultural Center is a donation of the republic of Turkey, where we see the effort to achieve cultural and economic influence over the region. On the right side of the river, a new center of the city will be formed,by demolishing the old factory, and the cultural center is the first building to signal transformation...
