I can see that is a luxury residential area with organic design roads instead of the usual ones that are straight and square, there is no green area or public space with access for the people, traffic lights or pedestrian crossings doesn´t exist here, there are only a few bridges, the public transport service is limited and the schools are not accesible. Invisible data: Currently the main road that crosses this area is functional for the number of vehicles that circulate in a common day, even so, the roads that lead to this area are not big enough to support the vehicular load of all these neighboring colonies. Also, from our own experience it is visible that at ordinary times the entrances to the residential are slightly saturated and all of them lead to the same main avenue, there isn´t another important road parallel to the main one. the next few years the local population will increase and the urban sprawl of Mexico City will inevitably absorb this area; this means a greater number of pedestrians and the need for cultural spaces, as well as the lack of traffic lights and pedestrian crossings will hinder the functioning of this area.
