Before transportation, opportunity and even neighborhood, people require a home. Analyzing the three cities, you can see that the default criteria for ranking the cities placed Mineaplis in the top of the other two with 69 point. And New York were placed right below with only 6 points between them. Coral spring merely got 47 points showing that among the cities chosen it is the less livable. After changing the criteria, considering only housing could be seen that Mineapolis kept its score. It shows the relevance of this criterion on the overall city score.
