This picture was taken at 20:00 hrs where it is visible that there are signals working and yet there are traffic police handling the traffic against the signals. The invisible information that can be drawn from it is that the traffic flow is not regular throughout and the signal programming doesn't work. The flow of traffic isn't rhythmic and signals can't be programmed. So the signals should be handled on real time traffic. Also it is visible that one way has heavy traffic than another. The invisible information that can be drawn from it is the road connects commercial area to the residential one and flow of traffic is unidirectional according to the time. The solution for the same could be movable dividers which will expand and contract the adjacent road according to the need.
