The internet-based application allows citizens to inform City Hall about problems with street lighting, garbage collection, holes in the tarmac, etc. More than that, a portal allows all citizens to view all complaints (by type, location, time used for solution, costs involved, etc.), functioning as a tool for interaction and social control of the actions of the City Hall.
