The “SAFE STREET” app provides information about places where the citizens feel insecure to the city and government so that one can know where to take action to prevent from being in such helpless situation and feel safe. The “SAFE STREET” app works like so: When you come back home late from work or a party at a friend's place you sometimes have to walk trough dark/unhomely places where you feel in danger or frightened. You open the app on your phone which will find your location, you can then take a picture of the place. Provide basic information on the place, choose an emoji that shows how you feel at the moment (anxious, unhappy, scared, hurt,etc). Choose a few tags from a small list to explain the reson for that feeling. By collecting this data the citizens will then be able to locate the places where they feel most insecure and report it to the government.With this kind of useful information the government will be able to act accordingly by installing cameras, brighter lights, police patrols, etc.
