The proposed 'Idea towards a Change' app for a City’s Overall Development shall give a Choice to Citizens to evaluate the Security, Waste, Noise and Traffic Management. The Citizens shall be able to grade the levels of the same in different pockets of the cities and also recommend solutions and shall also be able to submit alternative ideas to solve the concerns. This will call for a Public Participatory Planning Approach for the holistic growth of the City. The major parameters of concern shall be need, performance, efficiency, reuse, recycling and Disposal activities.
