Uploaded on 2018-04-16 by Stephan Schmatz
My name is Stephan Schmatz and the photo shown was taken by me in Vienna, the Austrian capital. 1. Visible information: 1. Bike renting station (Front) There seems to be a bike renting system in Vienna. There are no bicycles parked at the moment. 2. Tramway station (right in the background) There seems to be a tramway in Vienna 3. Street The street is quite broad 4. Tree There seem to be trees at the streets. There are small buds on the tree, so the photo might have been taken at early spring, maybe March. 2. Invisible information: There are 29 tramway lines in Vienna with a total of more than 1.000 stations. The tramway lines have around 300 million passengers per year. In addition, there are 5 metro lines with around 100 stations and 450 million passengers plus 127 bus lines with more than 4.000 stations and 200 million passengers. There are more than 120 city bike stations. 3. Invisible information become knowledge: The citybikes seem to be used in late winter/early spring as well. They can be an eco-friendly alternative and should be promoted.
