Hi. My name is Celso. In my neighborhood, called Cidade Baixa (Downtown) in Porto Alegre Brazil, there are many wires to conduct electricity. The wires aren’t in the underground, because the costs are very expensive. The neighborhood have many restaurants, cines and pubs, consuming lots of electricity.
