I propose an app for the city I was raised in, BrasÃlia, the capital of Brazil. The city is considered World Heritage, and as a student of Architecture and Urbanism in the University of BrasÃlia, I was tought that it's a masterpiece in its own way, and I agree. But, because the city is considered World Heritage, there are plenty of discussions about the symbolic value of a lot of things, and, either or not these things should be changed. The administration and the population don't see eye to eye, for the administration doesn't want to do anything that may risk its Heritage Title. Therefore, with this app, the citizens can associate value to every element of the haritage radius, and comment on modifications that they'd like to do. One example of a feud that can be solved with this is about the pavement on the image. Citizens would like to implement green space on the pavement between the National Library and the National Museum. Brasilia can be extremely hot, and this area becomes unberably unconfortable in hot days. Citizens could show the governance what they like and deslike, suggesting modifications; creating a database of user experience.
