The picture has been taken at 8Pm in Saint petersburg when i visited the country in winter , then during christmas. Visible information: -the amount of car using the street is quite low -People are waiting besides the street in this way they can cross safely -Peoples are actually waiting for the bus -The large amount of lights used in the street during the night, we can asume that is because of the winter period -The Russian Climate has ruler the architecture of the city Invisible information: -The amount of car in the street might let us think that the locals are not using their to travel in the city -Public transport are mainly used in this are, meaning the large streets (multiple ways) are maybe useless -the energy consumption impact by the number of lights are used in a usefull way Government could reduce the size of the street in order to make larger walking are ( crowded in the day and night) The impact environment could be reduce by limiting the amount of lights used for winter decoration
