The picture depicts the construction of a new ER at the local hospital. Little or nothing of the materials and components have been produced locally. The steel used in the structure has probably been sourced from Sweden or central europe, while subsystems and components like air conditioning, lighting, surveillance etc have been sourced from outside the region (and country). Other than this, I have very little information or knowledge about the project.
