New retail and office building space in uptown area. Building materials so far are concrete, glass, and steel. All being shipped in from out of state or produced in another country. This is going up in a popular area of town where rent will be high and they could have afforded to construct in a more environmentally sustainable way. Instead this is another big box generic office building.
