This city could be a really good place to start resilience, it´s beginning to grow and changes can be done in a continuous and proper way, the things that could help is to do a proper urbanization plan so that all the information can be put in place, water, energy, noise, pollution, air, and all the things that a city needs can be done in a resilient way the only way to do this is to make people understand and that making this organized changes, the city could be an example for other places, not only in Mexico but in the whole world, it´s only a thing of understanding the benefits of this, so that the same government can understand the same effects it would have as a country, we could be an example to follow in the near future, it all depends on the way things are done and explained.
