Photo represents historic city center of Tbilisi. One of the main streets in the city. Renovated Listed buildings of cultural heritage on the both sides of the street with abandoned upper floors. Speedway with often traffic jams. Ruins of medieval city defense wall under the speedway. One of the archeological sites in the city. Narrow pedestrian areas on the both sides of the street. "Invisible information" High risk of criminal High air pollution Archaeological site under the speedway is not well organised by infrastructure: no lights, no informational banners, no space for people with disabilities, no cameras and so on. Because of this problems site is not much attracted by citizens or tourists, on the other hand there are a lot of suspicious people walking thru ruins and some criminal cases also happened. In my opinion it needs some questionnaire survey to identify how this space is occupied by visitors during day/season, also the need of such site for the city-how important is it for citizens, tourists and economically. If city needs this site it should become well organised by infrastructure and city should think to remove speedway from the center to become this public space more livable.
