This city is growing in a uncontrolled a way, people are just rising buildings to have a prophet of money but there are no specific studies of water or energy consumption, there are already water issues in the zone this buildings are so what the government is doing is taking water from other near parts of Puebla and bringing that to this zone, this is going to be a conflict of interests between the communities that don´t want to share this resources, energy is going to be another issue in a very near future and people are not ready for such an infrastructure, if this would´ve been studied another thing could be assumed but right now is impossible to know what´s going to happen.
