This type of construction is made merely for the specific purpose of promoting a specific selling area of houses and buildings called Clusters here in Puebla, where there you can find different types of houses and apartments, this is build as a stereotype kind of apartment but the case is that at the beginning it was just a piece of land, now is a showroom and when the place is done this will be sold for another purpose or for another type of business, all this makes people flow through this part and when it changes this people will flow to another place inside this huge complex, the other people that purchase or rent this land will put another type of business here and other type of people will come to this place, the case is that the people that are now coming and going from this place are not going to stay here they will go on to other places and promote other things, instead of staying and perhaps putting a business here so that the stocks and flows will be permanent, this will happen in a future with other people.
