Visible: Number of buildings in the urban structure, elements of the building and the facades, building orientation, number of apartments, importance of television, heating and cooling ways. Invisible: Economic context; The land value in this zone, the number of television antennas and usage of electricity for heating and cooling, both of the two last mentioned are very expensive in Albania, shows us a general information of the economic status of the residents living there. Social context; The usage of individual antennas, air conditioning equipment and the colors of the window blinds, show us the lack of social interaction between residents and the lack of good will for collaboration among them. This problem is viewed as a future failure of the resident area because of that not sustainable way of development. The information generated from the social observation can lead to new politics of managing the city resources, new building regulations and creating ways to inform the residents for a more sustainable way of living. The responsible people for the issue are not only the resident for taking individual initiatives, but even the government, for not creating a strict list of request for builders.
