I would like to revamp an old factory into lofts and sell them off. 1. A university will be approached to get input from their architectural students. They can hand in a first draft design of special planning. The best designer will get a small price and the opportunity to work under supervision from our own architect on this project going forward and gain great experience and build their network 2. We chose the top 5 designs get post them on social media for voting 3. We then approach the market to sell off the lofts 4. Owners need to buy off plan but are still able to make any change they like to anything apart from the property border walls and outside walls. After signing the sale they get a certain time to hand in change request that we will quote them on.
