Most livable cities I know: Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Rome, London, Siena. From my point of view a city is more livable if it has good weather and temperature in first place. In second place it is likely to be travelled by foot, in third place it needs to have a good public system. In fourth place it needs to be built in a human scale (not too high buildings) and in fifth position it must be clean, not contaminated. I'm currently living in Pamplona, which does not have a good weather but it can be travelled by foot, has a good public infrastructure,it is clean and built in a human scale.
