At the begging, it was structures with rural posts, which need a vast amount of unused land underneath it because of health and security risks. Further in time, was detected the lack of free public spaces with quality for the community and combined with the development on the energy transporting system requiring less amount of unused land, the constructing of the park became possible. The photo on the left two lines are represented, in red the land that remand to attend the energy system, and in green the land that were created the park. The photo on the right show a section of the second phase of construction of the park and is illustrates how it was its configuration before the project.
